Break/Fix Technician:
Certified A+ technician troubleshooting workstations, PCs and printers.
Basic Network Consulting:
Setupwork performed on workstations, peer-to-peer local area networks, as well as PCs and printers.
Advanced Network Consulting:
The majority of Provident’s consulting falls under this category, with work done by senior network engineers and architects. Includes server and network troubleshooting, installation, design, and configuration.
Principal Consultant:
Work done by business analysts and project managers, including development involving Directory Integration, Identity Management and Provisioning.
