Provident Technologies, Inc., providing enterprise-class
IT infrastructure solutions statewide, recently began
operations at 1137 North 26th Street, Sheboygan. Provident
Technologies was launched on January 1st, 2006 by merging
two strategic lines of business to provide an end-to-end
solution for its customers. Provident Technologies will
combine the products and services formerly offered by
Byte Head Software Inc. with the Novell Consulting division
of Bedrock Managed Services and Consulting. The operations
formerly known as Byte Head will continue to provide
the services its customers have entrusted to them for
the past 12 years. An Authorized Repair Facility for
Hewlett Packard and Samsung Printers, Compaq/HP workstations,
laptops and tablet PCs, Provident also provides PC and
Printer Repair for a variety of brands both in and out
of warranty. Provident also sells new computers and
laptops. The Novell operations formerly known as Bedrock
Managed Services and Consulting remain a Novell platinum
partner specializing in Identity Management and Linux
based solutions. With engineering and sales based in
Sheboygan, Madison and Milwaukee, Provident's staff
boasts seven Novell Engineers, led by Angela Lehmann,
VP and COO, and employs Novell's CNE of the year for
2004, Lynn Ressel. John Daniels, President and CEO of

our name change and the addition of enterprise class
